delivery and set up person was great ,in store people were great call center is beyond bad a complete nightmare- why can't I call the people who will be doing the work and scheduling direct? there is a bad problem with the call center, if it was my choice I would do away with it.

Technician was very knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and made the process very easy. He offered suggestions and showed us how to navigate it on our computer.

The man ( Dereck ?) who came to my house, was very efficient, and set up the computer exactly the way I wanted it. A few minutes of instruction, and I was good to go.

Geek squad installed my TV and new computer. They are competent, friendly, and thorough. When I had a problem with the installation, they returned and fixed the problem pronto!!!
