HE WAS PATIENT, KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT. HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND MADE SURE THAT MY NEW DESKTOP WAS SET UP AND WORKING PROPERLY.
