The Agent installed and set up my new desktop PC. He connected my printers and back-up devices. He was professional, worked in a timely manner and answered all of my questions and concerns.

The technician was very knowledgeable,he also called,texted and gave me a heads up on what time he would be here, He also was ahead of schedule which was perfect for me! Thanks KEVIN!

My computer and printer we're set up smoothly and efficiently but it required two visits because the first set-up revealed that I didn't have enough cloud space . Second visit I purchased more cloud from Microsoft

Mounted and connected a new monitor for my old computer. As always, the service was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my general computer illiteracy.

delivery and set up person was great ,in store people were great call center is beyond bad a complete nightmare- why can't I call the people who will be doing the work and scheduling direct? there is a bad problem with the call center, if it was my choice I would do away with it.
