The agent that installed my computer was knowledgeable and professional, and explained how to use it. Also, rearranged my desk to fit more efficiently.

Setup was fast and efficient. There were some places that required my wi-fi and email passwords. I did not know them right off hand. The GS rep. was patient and waited for me to retrieve my passwords so that he could install what he needed to.

The tech arrived on time and was very polite and efficient.

WHile the Geek Squad individual did what he thought he could to help get me set up with Microsoft products, he did not succeed because he could not identify the actual issues that were occurring. I talked to two Geek squad people in India after that--one person was able to install my Webroot subscription, but I had to contact Microsoft directly to get into my Microsoft Account---through a tedious 2 hour session with them, I was able to figure out the issues (eliminate the McAffee free trial that was running) and finally log into and reset my password so that I can now use my new computer. I know that I probably used the wrong description of what the issue was (it wasn't setting the computer up), but I think the person who was sent out AND the people on line should have had better suggestions and tools for helping, rather than saying "the computer works fine, it's a Microsoft issue." Also it is ridiculous that I cannot contact my LOCAL store and LOCAL Geek squad directly!! Get a human to answer the phone for God's sake.

GOOD SERVICE AND TECH WAS OPEN TO MY PREFERENCES. RECOMMEND USING GEEK SQUAD

The service was terrific. Couldn't have been done easier. The laptop is working like a dream and the printer is set up perfectly, wirelessly.
