Setup was fast and efficient. There were some places that required my wi-fi and email passwords. I did not know them right off hand. The GS rep. was patient and waited for me to retrieve my passwords so that he could install what he needed to.

The setup in my apartment was on time and all that I expected. The Best Buy rep was very helpful. All the questions I could think of at the time were answered. The MS operating system is quite a bit changed from the system 10. Many items have been hard to find and have complicated my initial success. I got a user's manual and am finding it something I need.

The service was terrific. Couldn't have been done easier. The laptop is working like a dream and the printer is set up perfectly, wirelessly.

the Geek Squad disconnected my old desktop and advised me of a problem with it, He installed my new HP Pavillion and software and explained its operation. No problems and I was up - on line - right away,
