||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.a big thank you to Justin. the man who not only installed the computer, but also went above and beyond to resolve the mess created by Best Buy. I got insulted of not paying for the Mac which paid for on 3/12/23. asked that Mac be delivered on 3/15/23 instead, they tried to deliver on 03/13 and that was where the problem started. Justin finally delivered the Mac and installed it. customer service would not allow me to speak to a manager.

Geek Squad home setup for new laptop

Justin a Geek Squad employee installed my computer

He masked, gloved and put protectors on his shoes which we much appreciated. He was courteous and considerate. He was very knowledgeable in the setup and worked without interruption. We hit a snag with the DVD player/writer attachment. He downloaded the state of the art driver rather than the inferior one that came with the player. We appreciated his guidance in this matter. Everything worked very well when he left.
