Great laptop setup service !
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cohen, the Geek Squad Consultation Agent, did the initial setup, seeing to it that all needed updates were done, without data transfer, (couldn't since old laptop died), minimizing things I needed to once I got it up and running at home. Great sales and service, much needed, as my OLD laptop had just died a horrible, agonizing, corrupted, death ! Many thanks...

He showed me a lot of the new things. One of the main things is I have to have big print for reading emails and doing all my crafts. He took the time to make sure I understood how to do them. When I have a problem I like to talk to him. thank you Joan Pare'
