More staff needed.

When we requested setup of our new computer, we adked if this included data transfer as well. We were told it did. Our tech, Cassie, was very kind & very helpful, but she wasn't able to set anything up because she told us our monitor wasn’t compatible with the new equipment. She helped us find one that would work. She also said that data transfer wasn't part of our order. We rescheduled, but with a 12 hour window, I've had to cancel twice now. If im only available in the morning hours, why do we keep getting assigned afternoons? Even if we knew a few days ahead, maybe plans could be changed. Finding out the night before doesn’t give much time to rearrange (if it could be) my schedule. Im getting rather frustrated with all of this. I have to cancel tomorrow's appointment & am not able to reschedule for 1 1/2 weeks out. Maybe more staff is needed.
