Steven Mcdaniel setup my new computer and completed the data transfer from my old computer efficiently seamlessly. He was professional and took the time needed for me to confirm everything was as expected for me.

I like a desk top computer vs. notebooks. Easy to use. Wish Apple offered an alternative to the flat keyboard that comes with it though. I know you can purchase a different keyboard but it would be nice it if came with one that was more ergonomic.

Ms. Mahreen from Geek Squad was very professional. She brought my new laptop into my home and began to exhibit her knowledge, skills, and abilities immediately. She sat the laptop up to printer to (since I have Wifi) and did all the work that was needed for me to use my laptop. She was outstanding. Thank you for having her on staff. I have been a Geek Squad member for years. Best Buy installs all my equipment.

Dan Wolf of the Geek squad set up my new computer and made sure that I knew how to use the very basic functions. I am definitely not a computer whiz - perhaps kindergarten level user. He was very patient and while I hadn't purchased a new printer, when it was obvious that my old one would not work with the new computer, he was able to get one off his truck and install it as well. He gave me his business card and made it clear that I could call upon him if I had any further issues. I would feel very comfortable doing so.

The Geek Squad has been a life saver for me so many times. I have piece of mind knowing I have the plan for the Squad to come and help/fix any item I have. I'm liking my laptop. First time ever having one.

Liked the idea that a tech would come into our home (we're seniors) at our convenience to set up our new windows PC. Tech was great and identified issues. Love our Dell computers

The tech, Gabriel, was friendly, very knowledgeable and very efficient. I asked a lot of questions during this installation and he patiently answered every one and went the extra mile in some of his commandments.

Alrik is fantastic.. we have had him at our house 3 times.. Once to recover files and twice to setup new computers. He was very knowledgeable and informative! Went above and beyond what we expected. Alrik represents your company very well and you are lucky to have him... Give him a raise!

the agent/tech was on schedule patient and was thorough on all the steps for the new computer set up, installation and connection of all devices and insured that all items worked and was responsive to all questions.
