I love my computer but the tech support not good.

His performance was fair, yes, he did a fine job on the installation. He was not successful in changing my old computer files to my new computer. Some of my files are encrypted. Not able to access my Gmail emails. I phone your 24-hour tech support, no help there. I personally over tip and gave him a gift to give to his wife. I felt he was in too much of a hurry to address my concerns. I am extremely disappointed. I felt used.
