    The Geek Squad came and I had no clue what to do with the new computer. My daughter wanted a MacBook and I was unfamiliar. He took the computer and set me up with everything I needed and showed me everything I needed to know. I really appreciate the Geek Squad!

    The technician from the Geek Squad was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He answered all of my questions. He set up my Dell Inspiron in record time, and it has worked great for very time. I definitely will buy from Best Buy again.
