So glad I became a total member because help from the Geek Squad is exactly what I wanted and needed. I had a dinosaur computer and since windows 10 was going the same way, decided to get a new one with windows 11, also got microsoft 365 and had it installed. Then discovered needed a new monitor, and after data transfer to new pc, tried to set it all up, and managed to break off the plastic piece of the phone line that stabilized it in the modem. So Geek Squad to the rescue! Ron came out and put everything together in a few minutes and gave me some tips going forward. Fantastic service!! For those who are not digital savvy, like mois, highly recommend the Geek Squad!

I purchase a Apple Mini Mac. I went from a Microsoft tablet to Apple. The tech was able to transfer all my data and set up the Mini Mac that was best for me. Great Job.

The Geek Squad Agent setup my desktop computer and connected all of other devices. He even showed me how to work some of them. He was polite and easy to talk too.

Philip Hendricks from the Best Buy Geek Squad set up my PC, installed Office 365, connected it to my printers, and walked me through everything. He gave me tips and shortcuts I'd never known about before that have made my life (and work) so much easier. I was so grateful I didn't try to set it up myself.

Ted was great. He made the whole set up process seamless . There is no question I will use Geek Squad in the future.. As someone who is not very tech savvy Ted was patient and explained the whole process.

The first appointment I had was cancelled by Best Buy. Do not know why. The young man who showed for my second appointment was kind and patient and had no problem answering my questions. He asked if I had purchased a new monitor also because the one I had was not compatible to the computer. I was not told I would need a new monitor. However, he searched the website to help me select the item I needed to complete my installation. I picked the item up that evening and called the next morning and he was able to come and install my printer and anything else I needed. He was very efficient.

The guy was very nice and really did a great job setting this up. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Bailey was great. Set up our new lap top and explained what he was doing as he went. He made suggestions as to what he thought fit our needs based on how we were using our old desk compter. Also explained how new HP lap top would be so much more efficient than what we were used to. Also explained security that wadd as included with the new unit. Very pleased with our set up experience!
