Geek Squad new Lap Too set up

He made suggestions as to what he thought fit our needs based on how we were using our old desk compter. Also explained how new HP lap top would be so much more efficient than what we were used to. Also explained security that wadd as included with the new unit. Very pleased with our set up experience!

Installation of computer

Why do I pay a yearly service fee - what exactly does it cover, if anything? I recently bought a TV from Jeff Lynch when I found out it would cost more for the installation than the TV if I bought it from you.

Geek Squad installed my computer quickly

He answered all of my questions. He set up my Dell Inspiron in record time, and it has worked great for very time. I definitely will buy from Best Buy again.

Geek Squad set up my new Dell Desktop Computer

He arrived ahead of scheduled time which was great! He was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and provided helpful tips in using my new Dell computer. Geek Sqaud completed service quickly

It took much longer than I was expecting and caused my laptop and video screen to loose it’s image. Quick response on his part regained the image so that the conversation was properly completed. Thanks.
