I had a version of Lucky's Tale on the Xbox One that I didn't play much, and this seems like a port of that. Controls are easy, so moving around feels natural. Graphics are well done, so it's visually appealing. Animations are smooth. I'm a bit spoiled though from having first experienced it when the Oculus Rift was released, as this was one of my favorite games on it. So the flat 2D experience on any other platform always seems to fall a bit flat, no pun intended. But it's an enjoyable game anyway, and a hit with the younger members of the family as well.

While the game can be easy, there are some great challenges at times and clever puzzles. My son loves it but did hand me the controller sometimes. Great graphics and if you have the switch set-up to a great sound system (mine has Atmos), the surround can be amazing. Highly recommend for a bit as it's quite fun to play as well.

This game feels like the same thing released over and over again on 3 different platforms with a "new" title. Each version brings something new to the table, but it feels like something that should have been a free update to a game. If you never played another Luky's Tale and like 3d platformers, then try this one out on your switch. If you've played any other version of this game, you're not missing much.

Fun and entertaining. Easy game play for younger players.

Played the original on Xbox, the Switch version is just as good, if not better due to the additional content. This is an easy game, but that doesn't mean it isn't a blast - it's a lot of fun for younger children because it doesn't lead to the frustration that many platformers do - a good title for a parent to work through with their child.

I played through this with my four year old. He loved the colors and characters. We had a lot of fun, and I was surprised. This was actually a really fun platformer. The post-game is NUTS. I played for a bit, but put it down after a while. If you love challenge, just beat the game, there is PLENTY after the credits roll.

Very charming, cute 3D platformer in the style of Mario or Spyro. Includes some 2d platformer levels and puzzle levels which add some nice variety. Only complaint is that it's too short! (About 6 hours, 100% completion). Would love to see more of this series.

This game is great fun! It seems childish at first (and indeed would be great for kids), but it's extremely well-made, and collecting everything is quite a challenge even in the beginning levels. Getting through is one thing, but collecting to 100% is a different matter.

This game is similar to Spyro, Mario Odyssey, & many other 3D platformers. It’s not great like the classics, but it’s good enough! It’s not challenging, but it’s an enjoyable experience & has a good story. Happy to own it on the Switch.

I enjoyed this game on the switch and the easiness of the levels didn't take away from the fun as they are quite a few harder completion aspects of the game which make up for that! I enjoyed the storyline and this is a true fun for all style game :)

If you're bored since you finished S.M. Odyssey, then be bored no more! This little cute fox will make his way to your heart. Lots of levels, challenges, twists and tales. Pun intended. LOL You want to get your hands on this one!

Luckys tale is a good game to pick up and play anytime. It's a fun collect a thon that gets pretty challenging as you move through the story. I would recommend to anybody who enjoys games like Mario's odyssey and yooka laylee.

This is a great game for the whole family. Easy to follow and friendly for younger kids getting into gaming. My 7-year-old got this game for Christmas and loves it!

This is a excellent game with so many different platforms and puzzles. Its different than the Xbox version. Very fun game and easy to complete 100%.

Wife downloaded the demo from the eShop and fell in love with the game. It's a really cool 3D game with nice graphics and some challenging puzzles. I think Mario Odyssey fans would enjoy.

This game is fun to play and can be enjoyed by just about anyone who likes the characters, platforming, look and feel of the genre. If you played Mario games this one will be just as fun!

I have the original on Xbox 1 so I wanted to get the portable version for the switch it is a very fun game and worth the money
