Bought this for my nephews and they loved it. It's a great addition to an already extensive Mario game library.

While the game itself is good, I can not call it great. The new mechanics are fun at times but in the end it made the game too easy. Towards the last levels and into the bonus levels I had upwards of 100 lives all because of the INSANE amounts of coins that spawn in. I know this is part of the game but it just never gave me the feeling that I had to struggle with making sure I did not die. I could carelessly run through levels without the fear of a Game Over.

Started playing this and noticed how addicted I was becoming to the game. It’s definitely fresh and fun and I recommend it to all 3ds users

Marios Bros is classic and now my son is enjoying the same great game play and characters I did at his age. Good game and good price. Thank you

Good game; plays like the original Mario games and the kids have fun playing it together and by themselves.

The kids loved this for xmas. They are 4 and 5.! Older Son and law even got one and loved it at 26

New Super Mario Bros. 2 is a welcome addition to my 3DS collection. As a huge fan of the original Super Mario Bros. on the NES, I can say that this is a great title to own for all Mario enthusiasts. The gameplay is fun, especially when the graphics and sound quality are great (as they are for this title). The only downside I can think of is the absence of Yoshi in the game. I am not done passing the entire game, though, so there is a chance he is usable in the game. If you're looking for a new title to charm and entertain you or your kids, then I definitely recommend this game!

It's a good game if you love the Mario family and if you played the first Mario bros

This is just a plain fun Mario game. With new console titles trying different mechanics and changing up the formula its nice to go back to a more classic style Mario. The controls are spot on and this great for pick up and play. No need to worry about the story or where to go. Just simple fun that is very addicting. The colors and art style pop for a 3ds game. This game shouldn't be overlooked.

I have always enjoyed Mario games, and this game is no exception. It is very easy to pick up and isn't too difficult to get into the groove of it. I play this game with my husband sometimes, but we had to buy a second cartridge to do so, most Mario games only one person needs it. If you have StreetPass turned on and you run into someone else who has played Mario, you can "challenge" their record, even though it is not someone you know! Very cool to be competitive like that. Nevertheless, it is a wonderful game, from 5 to as old as you want to be. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a great game. Keeps us entertained. Like the fact you can get many life's.

Brings back great memories and love playing it on the go on my new DS. A must own I feel for anyone who loves the old school mario games.

Nice remake of the original. My kids played this for hours. I also sneaked in a few rounds.

I grew up playing super Mario as a kid and it's just as fun as I remember it. I really liked that some levels had alternate endings making the game even more interesting.

I used to play this game as a kid, this remade version is the best! Can't get enough of it, bought it for my nephew but I ended up playing it more than him! Levels are way better and creative! **BE CAREFUL** Very Addicting!!

Graphics are good, don't have 3D so not sure how that looks. Great game.

This game is bit different from the New Super Mario Bro. It is the basic idea of getting a lot of coins while still trying to complete the course. It does get a bit old trying to get the coins but still fun to play on and off.
