New Year's Eve is Garry Marshall all over again, but like all of his films, it's not great art, but it's solid entertainment. If anything, it's great to watch is you are a stayat-home person(s) on New Year's Eve. When I lives in NYC, I always took the kids with me to watch the ball drop. Usually very cold, sometimes wet, but it's winter. Better now to watch it on the tube in the warmth of home and avoid the mayhem.

I watched this movie on 2020 New Year Eve since most people stayed in because on Covid-19. No parties, no fireworks, and the 2020 ball drop was without crowds. This movie shows how New Years Eve should be like. A lot of movie stars were in this movie. I enjoyed the movie.

Didn’t know what to think of this one as I purchased it mainly because of the price. Yet it is truly a good movie with many story lines going on at the same time. Very cute movie to get at this price.
