I absolutely LOVE this wine fridge. Replaced my dishwasher with it and I couldn't be happier.

I like the dual temp zones and the sleek look of this wine cooler but I didn't give it 5 stars because: 1. Although they can be removed, the racks aren't adjustable. 2. The dual zones have only a 10 degree maximum difference. The top, smaller zone, is the coolest and I would prefer to have the bottom be the coolest so I can store beer and other cooler beverages in addition to wine in the cooler. Ideally the red wine would go on top, white and beer, etc on the bottom. Best Buy delivered the cooler with a huge dent in the back so I'm not thrilled about that--the way it was packaged makes me think they just threw it around in the warehouse so who knows how long the fridge will last....

So far this Wine Chiller has performed as expected. Both temperture areas have been able to maintine the tempertures thae have been set. its quiet. it fit perfectley under the counter where the old one was. the only thine I've notice is once the shelves have been loaded, the shelves don't slide in and out very easiley.

Beautiful addition to my kitchen. Not sure if it really holds 46 bottles of wine though. Tends to be a little noisy, but keeps a steady temperature.

Very pleased with the two zone wine cooler. Extremely quiet and the humidity tray feature as well as two color lighting system is a plus. Only negative is the wood slat system does not ideally fit some of the larger shaped wine bottles, thus the 48 bottle capacity can’t be reached.

We bought this cooler when we remodeled our kitchen and wanted to add something a little nicer. We have had a good experience ao far. Fit great under our counters. Perfect for 24" wide space. We would buy it again, especially since the next level up is roughly twice as expensive. Our only negatives (and none of them are bad enough for us to not like the cooler): - wish the racks would come out a bit farther, easier - no good way to handle large format bottles w/o removong a shelf - wish white wine section was the larger section OR red wine section didn't have to be 10 degrees higher - section temperatures are not remembered after power loss - can hear compressor cycle on and off, but it is no louder than our main fridge Overall, we are very happy.

this cooler looks good as a stand alone. the dual temp settings hold true for both reds and whites, the led lighting is a great feature. The shelves open easily. The only drawback I have is that the shelves could be about 1/8 inch more apart on each level. I have some larger bottles that are a tight squeeze. Most standard bottles fit just fine. Very Quiet sitting on tile.

Bought this model for its dimensions and capacity. It has a dual zone but the coldest temperature setting is on top rather than the bottom. The beech shelves seem thin but no problems yet. It runs quietLy placed in my kitchen island next to the DR and great room.

We've had the refrigerator for a month and it looks great in our wine nook. Holds temperature well and is very quiet. Nice wooden shelves. The only draw back is you really cannot fit as many bottles as advertised.

For the price its a decent wine cooler. Issue is with the company. First unit showed up damaged. And since the box inside the box that it came in was undamaged, someone at the company shipped it out even thou damage on front door frame was apparent. BB arranged to pick up and reship a new unit, very good service there. Again 2nd unit showed up with some damage that I was able to take care of. And again the two boxes it came in were undamaged yet the unit was damaged. So there is definitely a problem at New Air. The unit also came with an odder inside that smelled like a burnt circuit board. It took a almost 1.5 wks to get it to clear out along with baking soda, carbon filter and Fabreeze spray. Other then that the unit seems to be working fine and fits the opening that the builder left us.

It's a good size, just needed some assistance bringing the giant box inside, but used a dolly and it was fine. it's a nice looking machine, two temperature controls are great for storing both white and red wines. Very happy with purchase so far.

I researched wine fridges for a year before finally pulling the trigger. This fridge was ideal for the price - adequate storage for our needs, dual zone, UV protection glass, wooden (pull-out) racks to reduce vibration, compressor cooling for dependability, lock, front vent, and carbon filter. It also had good reviews on multiple sites. I was skeptical of the dual zone accuracy based on some articles and reviews about dual zone fridges in general, but this one has maintained temperatures in each zone accurately. It is really nice not having to remember to put a bottle of white wine in the fridge early enough and then take it out at the right time to let it warm to the proper temperature since kitchen refridgerators are set lower than ideal white wine temperature. It is also great keeping our reds at ideal temperature and not have to worry about the impact to our wine when we decide to turn off the air conditioning and open the windows. The box arrived in terrible shape and there was damage to the door hinge, door, and vent panel. I sent them a message and pictures and they quickly sent me replacement parts that were very easy to change out. I do recommend wiping out the fridge as suggested and leaving baking soda in a bowl for at least a week to get the manufacturing smell out. I put my wine in after the first 2 days and didn't have any impact to taste even though the smell lingered in the fridge for a few more days. Great fridge over all. Couldn't be happier.

I will say Best Buy customer service is pretty great. We ordered and the first one arrived dented. I called and without question they shipped another one and had this one picked up. I love the dual zone. It is REALLY quiet such that you cannot hear the fan. The blue light creates a nice ambience mood. There weren't many wine fridges we found that could fit into the nook we had and we're glad to have found this.

Reading reviews for wine coolers is very frustrating. It seems there are always a bunch of negative reviews. My experience with this cooler has been problem free. Delivery went smoothly. It is cooling the wine to my satisfaction. It looks nice. It locks to keep the kiddos out. It is everything I was looking for, including two zones, and is working fine.

We have enjoyed this model for 6 yrs , the compressor is bad and we were at least wanting this model to Last. 10 yrs for the higher price tag.

This cooler makes very little noise. Very little. It makes the rest of the cooler good enough: keeping wine at temps. Not useful for wide body bottles unless a rack is removed.

Incredible wine fridge! I really like the dual zone and the light is a nice touch. Tough to find a better alternative at the same price point.

Seems to work just fine. But this unit came banged up even though it was listed as new. 2 of the 5 shelves came cracked. Not scratched. Not warped. Straight up cracked wood (they seem to be really cheap quality). The unit itself also seemed to have dents on the top right side, and bottom. The dents were both visible outside and inside (the unit had spots dented inward and looked warp). We may try to exchange our unit and try our luck with another one.
