This is a great beverage fridge. I love that fact that I can keep my beer and wine separately cooled at different temps. We ended up throwing out our dishwasher for this and it was the best decision I made. Total reco.

We have been very pleased with this. No issues. Quite. Wondered at first as box was in poor condition on arrival. But it is double boxed with lots of packing. Water is extra cold.

Best buy wont accept a return of a defective product. I got a post card with my product that said to contact the manufacturer with any issues. i contacted the manufacture notifying them the product was defective, the same day I picked it up. The manufacturer said not to worry they would ship a new product. I received the new product two weeks later with the same defect. The manufacturer then offered to send parts for me to replace. I accepted. They sent the new parts and 6 weeks after I bout the refrigerator they sent the wrong parts. I have been strung along six weeks with no resolution. I am finally done with this. I contacted Best Buy. Got a foreign agent and they said oh well since its past 15 days. Now I'm stuck with a broken fridge. I now have to go to my credit card and dispute which is not guaranteed. This is a poor response from such a large retailer. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN.

Preferred this fridge online, and when we received it and logged it in, it did not work. All it did after we set the temps was go back to zero and been continuously. It looked great but it was a lemon! Very disappointing!

Buyer beware! It cooled for a week and now it wont cool at all. We called Newair and they said it couldn't be fixed and we needed a replacement and want $200 to ship a new one.
