The first NewAir Dual Zone fridge that I purchased wasn't operable. I exchanged it with no problem. The new fridge works well but the reason for the below average review is on the wine side of the appliance, the racks are limiting as to accommodate the various sizes of wine or champagne bottles. In other words, unless you have narrow bottles and they're all the same size, it is very difficult to store 18 bottles. In fact, I am having a difficult time storing 12-15 because I have various sized bottles.

It is a pretty cooler. but they only last about the time warranty gets expired. it lasted 2 years and one month and nobody can fix it.

Works great! Holds temperature well. I wish the light came on when the door opens at night; or the panel lights up to make light easier to find. Overall, great beverage cooler though.

Must have. Great product for the price would definitely buy again. I happy I got this one. I had a new air and it was garbage those tops it

We've had this unit installed for about 3 months now and I have to tell you we absolutely love it. Not sure what everyone's talking about regarding how loud it is it's not any louder than any other appliance I have in my home. It's a beautiful look and holds a lot of cans and wine bottles. My only complaint is the top level of the wine bottle section is a little difficult to get stuff into but not a deal breaker for us.

This product works well as a stand-alone fridge our installed under a counter. It's very stylish. The blue LED lights look nice too.

Terrible experience, 1 and half year and its just stopped to cooling. Everything works fine for one year, and then just nightmare. Makes sense to expend a little be more of money on good brands. - NewAir informed (by phone) that needs to change the compressor switch because this is recurrent problem, and they do not have this piece in stock for the next 2 months, also they have no service to change, needs to be changed by me or pay for the service. (IF THIS IS REALLY THE PROBLEM). NewAir NEVER MORE - Best give no support because I had no extension warranty.

Purchased this wine cooler. The first one came damaged. Returned it to the store and the second one was also damaged. I went to Ace Hardware and purchased a part to fix that damaged door. I didn't want to go through hassle to make another return.

Great product, the two doors are a good option. Stock soda on one side and wine on other. Fits perfect into our space. They even matched the price

So far this has been a good looking and functioning product. I just hope switching brands helps with the quality. I had an insignia wine cooler in the past that stopped working and They told me it wasn’t worth getting repaired. fingers crossed!

It looks very nice, looks cool with the lights on, works great and is quiet and perfect size!

It’s perfect!! Soda/beer/wine/water!!! Can’t even hear it running!! Takes up very little space.
