    Product doesn’t work at all. Product also came in with dents and scratches all over it. I had to keep it in my rental home until my new home was done being built. Once completed, I went to unbox the item and realized it doesn’t work. Now Best Buy won’t return the item because it was Past 14 days. Then the store manager hung up on me 3 times.

    Don't bother with this. Works well for maybe a year then the issues begin. Customer service is horrible and it would be more cost effective to just buy a new one than replace parts

  • If it quits working it is Junk - Not Repairable

    Purchase one of these 3 years ago, it only has a 1-year warranty. It quit cooling and took it to an appliance repair shop. It has some sort of refrigerant leak and the refrigerant is flammable, so the unit is not repairable at a local level. The NewAir person I spoke to said the cooler is designed to last 5 years. Not a very good value nor very environmentally sustainable.

    Bought this 10/2022, warranty expired 10/2024. stopped working 12/2024. I would not reccomend spending $800 dollars for it to not last. Il going to contact the manufacrurer because this is crazy. ive had other fridges in my house over 10 years and they still going strong. Buy another brand.
