This unit is to be put in a temperature controlled location, not outside, works great looks nice ,if where you live is an area where it's real cold look into getting the H model which is for heat, it can not only cool but heat your humidor so you can maintain those perfect temperatures for your cigars, the only reason this humidor gets 4 stars and not 5 is due to the nice elegant but also useless blue dim led that does nothing for illumination, and the pre installed cheap hygrometer that mostly all humidor manufacturers install in there humidors, I purchased 2 digital hygrometer and boveda packets to maintain my humidity, I recommend 69%RH Boveda packs I use the 320Gram pack, I dont use the fill container that came with the unit ,I just use boveda packets ,I did wipe the inside of the unit down with distilled water and soap very thoroughly to remove any plastic smell , I did not wipe down the wood racks due to not wanting them to warp .

Great humidor lots of room for my cigars and holds the humidity better then expected.

Decided to purchase after reading reviews of many happy customers. Go buy one if your in the fence! You won't be disappointed.

Takes time to reach option temperature levels. Not sure I want to put expensive cigars in unit because of humidity level challenges

This is really cool. I'd did struggle to keep the tempature exact. They sent a new one to replace the first one. It also struggled. We moved it, and placed it off of the ground and now it's working much better.

The first one I received didn't work, they wanted to send me a new control board to replace myself. Second one had damage and the third works fine. Don't know yet if I would recommend it to a friend.

I've just had my NewAir for a few days, but am very happy. No issues with shipping, extremely well packed, no dings. Instructions are actually for cigars, I thought they would have been an afterthought. Extremely helpful for set up and very importantly, seasoning. Great seal on door, anticipate many happy years with my unit. Highly recommend.

Unit completely stopped working after 7 months. Ruined about half my collection with the moisture that built up inside. What a piece of junk.
