    Used for a few months after a while it stated making a weird noise like a belt on a car. That’s because i cleaned and drained weekly

    I thought it was gonna be like the hospital ice where it just melts in your mouth when you eat it, but it’s still very solid, still a good machine so far though! Side note: it gets dirty fast, have to really keep up with the cleaning

    This is my second ice machine in a single year. They are junk. I clean them religiously. They all tear up. Do not waste your money on this.

    Pretty good. It does produce alot of "Sonic Ice" as my wife would say. I dont really like having to fill it with water all the time and would like an option to have a water line connected to it but thats just personal preference. Also you cant dump it into an existing tray into your freezer to stock up on ice because the ice that is produced is wet and if you do that you just end up with a large almost unusable frozen solid block of ice. Other than those, it works great and have had no problems with how it functions

    Seriously the greatest purchase. It’s a luxury for sure, but it’s been in an incredible purchase. It’s a little loud, sure, but nothing too disturbing. It’s incredible and everyone that comes to visit wants one too.

    Makes ice fast. Having to pull the ice tray out to fill it is a bit of a pain but manageable. Overall though, I’d definitely recommend it if you want ice nuggets.

    I've had it 3 months and it quit working, called support and they were fast and great. Sometimes you get a bad one even on new items. Love the ice, the machine is a little loud but it makes ice very fast. Can't wait for my replacement to get here.

    The ice that it makes is awesome. However, this small machine is the loudest appliance in my house. You can hear it all throughout the house. Other than how loud it is is would be perfect for countertop ice.

    This ice maker was great for about 8 months then it started leaking every time we tried to fill it. The scoop doesn’t have a storage spot and gets buried no matter what you try

    DO NOT BUY. I purchased this ice maker through Best Buy in May and it already does not work. Cleaned it yesterday and now it's making an ungodly loud noise and not producing ice. I purchased this ice maker because I previously had a more expensive nugget ice maker that lasted me two years. I still paid a pretty penny for this one to have it only last 3 months. Do yourself a favor, if you want the nugget ice maker, pay about a hundred dollars more for a machine that will last a lot longer. Shame on you NewAir!

    For the price, this thing is awesome. Having to remove the ice bucket to fill with water isn’t the most efficient method I could think of but if you know that going in and it doesn’t bother you, you end up with an awesome little machine that produces quite a bit of awesome nugget ice. I bought some ice bags on Amazon and have been storing all the extra in bags.

    The ice maker worked great for about 3 months, since then, it makes a horribly loud sound. It finally quietens down a few times a day, but once we open the tray to retrieve the ice, the loud noise returns---for HOURS. I will try to return for a different kind, paid too much for this one.
