The manufacturer is sending me another machine. Hopefully I will not run into the same issue. Other than that, I love the ice maker.

Think Twice Before Purchasing

It didn’t even last through the 1-year warranty. Extremely disappointing durability—definitely would not recommend.

The "cubes" are extremely small and melts quickly. There is no way to change this. The machibe is very loud. At least with the bullet maker its quiet. I was going to return it but missed deadline by just 1 day and the refused to allow it.

It was great until it wasn't.

It was loud, but made a full box of "the good ice" in minutes. This machine got more noisey and the ice quality got worse the more we used it. About the eight month mark, after following the cleaning maitenance instructions religiously and even using only filtered water, we finally turned it off.

Great edition, especially since our Samsung refrigerator's ice maker freezes up and quits making ice.

Of course, it is past the time I can return the thing to Best Buy so I am trying to work with New Air to see what can be done. Do not buy.

It started to make a noise new air was great and processed my warranty claim and sent me a brand new one. Great customer service super easy highly recommend.

Used my protection plan to switch it out for another of the same model and after 7 months, it started making a banging noise and leaking water all over the counter.

Kept it clean (manual and self clean). After only 8 wks started making a quiet clicking noise. Reviewed the manual..etc. Finally called customer service today. Elizabeth was so polite!!!
