The unit makes lots of ice fairly quickly, It is a little noisy and if you are not read for when the ice falls it is loud. My only minor issue is I wish the plug to drain water was easier to get to. Since the unit wants the water changed every 24 hours I make the ice and then need to drain it. You have to hang it over the sink or I move it to the edge of the counter and then hold a container under the plug to drain the water. All in all I am hapy with the purchase.

This ice machine is fantastic. As long as you use filtered water and clean the unit at least once a month, you will get excellent, clear ice. I particularly love the +/- 6 minutes for quick crush cubes to solid cubes. I use the +6 setting for iced coffees every morning and the - 6 setting for ice water in the afternoons. The frustrating end is the company service itself. The product has a 1 Year warranty. Mine broke just under that warranty. Contacted customer service via email and went through the process of getting a replacement. The trouble with this process is how time consuming it has been. It's been over a week to confirm the product needs replacing and to have it shipped. Except it hasn't shipped because I have to pay for shipping the product (which is stated and in the warranty and I understood that). But I received the shipping code and now need to call their customer service to pay over the phone for the shipping to have the product shipped out to me. The cost is roughly $20, which isn't much for a replacement, but 2 and 4 year BB coverage being $40 and $60, I would much rather have gotten the BB coverage.

Makes lots of great ice cubes. Easy to clean. Just a small complaint of it making a lot of noise when the ice drops. But I just let the first drop of ice stay in the bin to lessen the impact noise.

This ice maker is a WIN WIN WIN!! u will not have buyers remorse. Makes ice fast (even on the thickest ice setting) ,easy clean up & all that stainless steel it gives it a sleek & beautiful look.

I love this ice maker!! Runs quiet and works fast. Very simple to use. we only have to run it about 3 hours per 3 days per week and it Supplies my 2 person family with plenty of ice. This machine is so much better than the built in icemakers. I wish we would have bought this much sooner.. Bestbuy even price matched a sale home depot was running for this item, and saved me $50.00..

I would give this unit a 4.5 star's. It spits out a good amount of ice. I have a bowl in the freezer for the excess ice and shut it down for a day or two. You do not want it to run steady just because of wear and tear. All and All great for the money.

It works but they should have placed the drain in a better location it takes some work to move the ice maker to get to the bottom can be reached to unplug the ice-maker.

We ordered and picked up this ice machine up at the store. Got it home and started unpacking it and noticed dents on one of the sides. Big ones. When we ran it, it was loud. The ice also comes out in a sheet where you have to break it apart. With all this, we have decided to return it and purchase a different ice machine.

This is our first standalone ice maker, so I have nothing to compare to. That being said, the ice is crystal clear and makes a wonderful tink-tink sound in a glass. I use a large bottle of spring water to make the ice. It’s interesting to watch the ice being made, and it’s pretty quick. We usually make a couple of batches and store it in an airtight glass container in the freezer.

Love it... This machine is perfect. It makes lots of eyes. I never run out. The only thing I can say that bothers me a little is that the eyes is difficult to break up. I have to hit it with the plastic scooper and I'm always thinking I'm going to break that scooper.

Made ice quickly, but comes off the grid in large chunks. I tried all of the thickness settings and multiple runs but they still came off the grid attached to another 3-7 cubes. I had to constantly be breaking up ice just to get it to fit into cups or water bottles. If I wanted to keep fighting with breaking up ice, I’d keep buying bags of premade. Definitely not worth the annoyance for the price.

This is a great ice maker. Got it at a great price. Produces a lot of ice at once, which is nice in a household. Ice holds up well when making iced coffees.
