After about an hour in use, makes a very loud noise. Trouble shoot with company shows water pump is not operating properly. They sent me a new one but a newer model. It works fine.

Not too cool

I used it in bedrooms with a vaulted ceiling and a regular ceiling and it did not reduce the temperature 1° in either room. The machine runs loudly and when the water level gets low it runs even louder. The wheels on it are convenient for moving it around from room to room.

It cools very little

Excellent cooling fan

This thing works great as a little swamp cooler and fan once my A/c was fixed. Will be purchasing another to use in master bedroom and no need for a separate humidifier
