Worthless. It stopped working at 1 year and 10 months. It was hot and emitting this putrid smell. Seemed as if it would have caught fire if I didn't notice and unplug it in time.

Quiet. Easy to set. Holds less than indicated, but that's to be expected. Maximum cooling is 45° on top and 54° on the bottom. Should be the opposite as you might want to put a couple of bottles of sparkling wine on the bottom shelf. Shelves are a bit flimsy, but not an issue.

We purchased one of these wine refrigerators in 2021. It lasted 1 year before the temperature control system failed. I have been in contact with NewAir for 8 months to buy a new temperature control component to replace the one in our unit but the company still does not have them in stock. We have had to buy another refrigerator for our wine.

I love this fridge, keeps consistent temps and has ample staff the one caveat to that would be when it comes to Riesling bottles which don't properly fit like others. Besides that it works quite well.

Nice looking. Interior light and temperature control arrows didn’t work. Had to pack it all back up and return it. Very inconvenient.
Ordered a different brand from a different seller.
Didn’t want a replacement that might be refurbished.
