Not Quiet in a Silent Room

Based on an app on my Apple Watch, it's around 50 - 52 decibels if you are next to it. 40-45 decibels are around 12 - 15ft away (while sitting at my countertop). I thought that the motor would only run while cooling to or maintaining the set temperature. Nope.....it just runs continuously. Also, being that none of my other appliances (small or large) make a sound while not being used, this is very noticeable being the only sound in the room. It sounds like a desktop computer fan running continuously at about medium speed. This may be perfect for an barely used location or a room that is never quite. I will need to began my search again for a sleek yet stealth wine cooler. If sound isn't an issue, I'd recommend it for the price.

A Great Mini Wine Cooler

Best Buy had this one in stock and it meet all my criteria and was a great purchase.

Wine fridge
