    No help from support. Absolutely ridiculous. Buy direct from nex playground. Dont go through best buy. Only get 5 games without the play pass.

    The Play Pass has been 100 percent worth it for our family. Our kids are 9 and 10, love sports especially baseball and basketball, and this gives them access to so many games they actually want to play. The variety keeps it from getting boring, and they use it daily. It turns screen time into active play, which we really appreciate. This is easily the most used feature since Christmas, and I’m glad we upgraded. If your kids enjoy movement based games, the Play Pass is a great value
