I was skeptical at first. The price is far below its competitors. I took a chance and ordered, very glad I did. It’s my first propane grill so I didn’t want to get crazy. I wanted something simple to do occasional beef or chicken. It took about 2 hours to assemble. Easy Enough. It’s light duty metals. I’ve used it 3 times and it’s been a great experience each time. 4 burners are simple to work with, easy to control the temperature. Plenty of cooking space. I have not used to side burner or top rack, but both seem like good additions. The real test of any grill is longevity. I’m not sure how much life I’ll get out of this. It’s under a grill cover and under a porch. The light duty metal and materials make me believe it’ll probably last 5 years max. But maybe I’m wrong. For my light grilling needs, it’s perfect for me. If you want guaranteed longevity and more features, this may not be for you. One final note: deliver took about 7-10 days and it arrived undamaged. Not one dent or blemish.

Love the ease of use. Went together quick, one person. Plenty of cooking space, heats up fast.

Works Great but when I put together, realized the lid was dented maybe through shipping o might have been like that leaving the warehouse.. Not sure if that can be replaced or not

The item is so easy to assemble with clear and detailed manual. I bought it intentionally for my recipe and it delivers excellently. So sturdy and used it with ease. I thought I couldn't have a grill below $300 and here’s it is. Will refer it to my friends.

It's a nicely priced grill. By the time I used coupons and rebates from a previous purchase, it was right where I needed to be. Some assembly required but not as bad as some I've assembled. Do look over the instructions to get the legs correct. Two hours tops to build or 4 beers..lol.

Rusted in 1 week, Fully covered and Never used. If it wasn't for having to reassemble a new one I'd be returning this piece as trash. Actually, I'm so annoyed I probably will return this. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS!

Delivered damaged like this. Do not order online and get it shipped. Now of course I have to pack it all up and drive miles away to return it.

I love my new grill! It was a great price! It was easy to assemble. It is very nice looking. I love the open cooking grates feature. I especially love the removable drip tray which makes it easy out for cleaning and then easy back into place. The side burner is especially nice to use for caramelizing onions, no more stinky house! I cant say enough good things about this Nexgrill! I am so glad I checked out purchasing it from BestBuy. I was able to ask lots of questions before making my purchase. The online chat feature made it all very easy. I highly recommend this grill!

This grill is amazing it is easy to clean it still looks brand new after using it alot. I wouldn't choose another grill this is the best i give it 5 stars. The customer service was excellent the people that put my grill together did excellent job they were done in less then an hour and showed me how to use it .
