Was easy to follow instructions it took about 3 hrs to do by myself. I am 70 years old, so I had to get someone to help me laugh. The grill on but pretty much did it by myself. If you are going to keep outside, you definitely want to get a cover.

Love this BBQ. After 10 plus years we needed a new one and loved this bbq we bought it again only a newer version. It gets the job done without spending a fortune. We are a big barbecuing family.

Had kenmore grill for 10yrs and it was time to replace it. I didn't want the box store default grill so i chose the Nexgrill. Easy step by step installation and this grill is almost identical to the kenmore. Cooks great and looks great!

Wish it was not all stainless. Working well so far. Spark ignighter works well.

Took about 2 hrs to put together. Looks great and is very strong, cooks food fast without burning it. We love it and used it many times si ce we got it. I would definitely recommend this grill to others.

Beautiful grill! Very user friendly my family and I love it

It has a nice sleek design. However, stuff gets dirty pretty easily and aide burner changed color. Overall I like it and works well especially that it has a cabinet for your tools and the gas. However Best Buy sent it damaged in the cover. I asked them to pick it up since it is super heavy and i spent hours assembling it. However they just didnt so what they promised. Paying this much of money and receive a damaged grill with poor quality packaging is so frustrating.

I was sold this item, told it was in stock, and promised a delivery date. The item did not even ship until after hours spent through chat and on the phone. I was told, the item was not in stock as previously told. (by the call center rep) I was also informed, through the chat, that I could however receive the product within 3 days IF I purchased the B B membership. The item was not in stock so how was this going to happen ? They were not able to commit to when the item would be delivered if I did not purchase the BB membership. I tried to then just cancel the order as a shipping label had not even been created by the supposed first delivery date. (more than a week after the purchase date) Low and behold, a shipping label was created within an hour of this call and "according to BB Policy" an order can not be cancelled after a shipping label is created. I spoke with a supervisor who (after a 22 min hold) gave me a scripted response, told me there was nothing she could do, and hung up. Sorry Best Buy, your customer service and call center needs drastic improvement.

Shipping packaging - Excellent! Assembly Instructions - POOR to WORSE, Parts not identified, No narrative detail on parts to assemble, Pics with NO SUPPORT DETAIL! It is the worst Assembly Instruction I have ever seen. This company is LAZY in this ZERO STAR assembly package !!!!!!!!
