After I completely installed it, I realized it was for propane, gas only. I called several times to have a returned, and every time they said it would be no problem. Four times they sent UPS out to pick it up. But UPS could not pick it up unless it was boxed up. I finally had to rent a U-Haul and deliver it myself. Although they reimbursed me for the Barbecue, I was out $107 for the U-Haul. I don’t think I’ll be buying from Best Buy anytime soon. The comment with us has been Best Buy, worst return!
