I was sold this item, told it was in stock, and promised a delivery date. The item did not even ship until after hours spent through chat and on the phone. I was told, the item was not in stock as previously told. (by the call center rep) I was also informed, through the chat, that I could however receive the product within 3 days IF I purchased the B B membership. The item was not in stock so how was this going to happen ? They were not able to commit to when the item would be delivered if I did not purchase the BB membership. I tried to then just cancel the order as a shipping label had not even been created by the supposed first delivery date. (more than a week after the purchase date) Low and behold, a shipping label was created within an hour of this call and "according to BB Policy" an order can not be cancelled after a shipping label is created. I spoke with a supervisor who (after a 22 min hold) gave me a scripted response, told me there was nothing she could do, and hung up. Sorry Best Buy, your customer service and call center needs drastic improvement.

Great product for a lot less than a weber. Like any gas grill it is a bear to clean.

Working Great!! Last grill I had rusted out at the base and in the grill compartment. This should last a lot longer being all stainless steel and all.

It came in some 50 pcs, what a time waste!! I have asked for Natural gas connection but it came with Propane cylinder compatibility

The natural gas Barbecue was falsely advertised. After I completely installed it, I realized it was for propane, gas only. I called several times to have a returned, and every time they said it would be no problem. Four times they sent UPS out to pick it up. But UPS could not pick it up unless it was boxed up. I finally had to rent a U-Haul and deliver it myself. Although they reimbursed me for the Barbecue, I was out $107 for the U-Haul. I don’t think I’ll be buying from Best Buy anytime soon. The comment with us has been Best Buy, worst return!

Received wrong item. After speaking to multiple representatives for over 2 hrs, They were able to schedule a pick up but I haven't received any updates on the status of the product that I ordered.

They do not arm it... they are 90 feet... and it is very complicated so I return it...
