    This product is a waste of money. It doesn’t work efficiently. I ended up throwing it out and I purchased 2 of them, one for each side of my bed. I would never recommend this product to anyone

    C-type connection requires attention! It being loose, makes it hard to plug in, specially if the iPhone has a case on it!

    The wireless doesn't work with all phone cases's, You can put your phone where iPod goes but it can be difficult to connect to because of angle.

    My rating is not about the product. Is about the guy who told me that it was compatible with the iphone 14 and it was not. I went back to return it and usually is a 30 days time to do it but when I got to the store I had only 14 days and I was on my 16th day and I was upset abour it.

    It works great the first 2-3 weeks but after that it doesn’t charge the phone nor watch. It glitches as it’s charging and takes forever to charge. I have a video of it but this review only takes photos. I tried exchanging it AGAIN but Best Buy wouldn’t let me

    Does not wirelessly charge my iPhone & Best Buy won’t let me return because it is past 14 days. And I cannot find manufacturer details to contact them like BB told me I had to to resolve.
