Decent flooring. A little soft for what I wanted, but nice quality. It cut easily to fit my space. Wish it came in an amount to make a square though.

You get what you pay for here. They definitely provide a layer of protection above whatever you decide to place them on. The downsides for me are how easily they come apart. If you are putting any sideways pressure on them (wide squats, sumo deadlift) you really have to be careful because they will come apart if you have them on top of a slick surface like a concrete garage floor. If you are willing to take the time and effort to tape them together with duct tape then you can give yourself a lot more stability.
