He placed them directly on his cement basement floor, works out on them every day and says they haven't moved at all, even while he's using a "punching bag".

So far, it it working perfectly. I like the way the squares lock together and there are trim pieces you can put on the perimeter of the squares to hide the locking tabs, so it looks great, too.

My biggest gripe is when I finally started getting commercial gym equipment on it I guess the weight was too much and it unassembled all the other tiles around it. I get it they arent heavy duty, top of the line mats, but from what everyone else was saying and pictures I viewed I figured they'd hold up well even with the heavier equipment (700lbs roughly). Also had read people parked their cars on it and mats were fine so I guess just a little surprised they disconnected so easily. In the process of trying to fix it now but it'll take a bit of work to lift these things and re-lay the mats again. Other than that it should be fine If I'm able to lift everything up and re-set.
