Don't know what I would have expected though. The directions aren't very clear but luckily I'm a very hands-on person and was able to still put this together with no issue, I would give the directions a 2/5 stars. The materials seem pretty good though, I'd give a 4/5 stars. The major hang up I ha e is actually in the chair’s side clips that keep the back from folding out too far, they just loosely rest over side posts, and hopefully you don't shift wrong and unhinge these otherwise you might ruin your chair and your back. Overall, I have to say it meets function of what it claims to do, its an adjustment, foldable, driving chair for the beginner sim-racer

Great Entry Level

My only complaint is the width between the two bars that supports the steering wheel. Being an adult the chair can support my weight, but having the bars even 2-3 inches wider would make a huge difference.
