It's a pretty good handheld, the display is decently sized, coming from a switch lite. Full size joysticks, the triggers have a full pull click that just tickles your brain. I wish the dpad and face buttons were mechanical switches, but they do still feel nice. Battery life, heavy games like elden ring, get about 1.5 hours, from full, lighter games like balatro or terraria get about 4 hours of battery life. The speakers are loud at max and sound great. As for fps I was hitting about 42 fps elden ring medium settings, and for racing games like Forza 5, locked 60 fps, medium-high settings. Light games will run 60 fps or higher with ease. The device comes with an ayaneo overlay, it's decent, fps lock, power controls, controller controls, the works.
What I wish.
A way to increase the clock speed on the igpu.
Better FSR implementation.
Other than that a great device for anyone
One last thing comes with the device, 65w charging brick, and a usbc to usbc cable.

Budget x86 handheld, the Aya Neo Next Lite

The Aya Neo Next Lite is quality mid-range gaming handheld, thus the expectations of running AAA games must tempered with the fact that the 4800u with it's 8 core/16 thread processor, can run these games, BUT fps will be in the 30 range, which is the absolute minimum. Older titles can play at 60fps, including emulated games. The best feature of the Next Lite are the controls, with excellent left/right buttons, great feeling Hall sense triggers and joysticks. If only the price was $300-350, it would make it the best budget x86 handheld. Bought this device to run the Bazzite OS, which turns it into a Steam Deck-linux device with a better console like interface and improved performance. But even the cheapest Steam Deck runs circles around this Aya Neo. As s secondary handheld it will do...

my unit came with a right stick that wasnt working right out of the box, even with all the updates, & workarounds, it was still not detecting. sorry i must say skip this one & opt for the kun or even ally x, legion go. i was excited to test this for emulation but that right stick kinda made it meh..

I’ve purchased two Ayaneo products before. Both broke in a single day due to bad wiring. The fans and speakers failed in both units.
