    I've bought two of these, one under the Insignia brand name and a second one for the other Xbox in our house but labeled under NEXT brand. I was confused at first so I went into my local BestBuy and asked my questions. They were very helpful but were also confused at first? Guess BestBuy didnt tell anyone whats going on with their brands (like selling off assets or something). But its the same product, I love them and recommend them often, I always have a charged battery and have nothing bad to say about this product.

    We go through spurts in playing where we play constantly for months and go through batteries. This saves batteries and works really well. It is NOT backward compatible a previous version we bought years ago. Both sets of batteries work in the controllers but can't be charged by the wrong charger.

    This docking station is an amazing deal for the money. For about $20 I got 2 rechargeable batteries and the docking unit. This plugs right in to the USB port on the front of the Xbox. You can keep 1 battery charging while using the other in the controller for non-stop gaming! It also has a spare USB port on the front of the docking station for any USB accessories, like headsets, keyboards, etc.
