Literally plug and play. Setup took less than 1 minute. Charger includes 2 battery packs making swapping batteries during long sessions a breeze. The battery packs fit inside the controller with the original battery cover (other battery packs had their own battery cover with a small opening to plug in and charge while playing but look extremely tacky in my opinion.) If you're looking for a solution to replace standard batteries, do yourself a favor and grab one of these!

Great rechargeable batteries last long so you don’t have to buy batteries after batteries saves a lot of money and time comes with 2 so if one dies you can use the other.

We go through spurts in playing where we play constantly for months and go through batteries. This saves batteries and works really well. It is NOT backward compatible a previous version we bought years ago. Both sets of batteries work in the controllers but can't be charged by the wrong charger.

Get you one, you won't regret it. It's better than having to keep purchasing replacement batteries. And it comes with two. So when you're solo playing, you can have one charging while using the lther one. It plugs right into your xbox to charge and doesn't cause obstruction. Make sure to remove the little cover so it will stick to the xbox and it wont move
