The holes in it keep my wrist cooler, although it takes some time to get used to the rubber / plastic on my wrist vs. the fabric ones.

Amazing product!

Problem with all wristbands of course is my arm hair getting stuck in them which is a pain but I've had this problem with every band I've ever had.
