I will say one half of the band is longer, so if you have tiny tiny wrists, i wouldnt recommend unless you want to punch your own holes in.

I wanted him to track steps, and of course tell time. The overall interface was clunky and just wasn't a great fit for him. Not a lot of functionality really and app integration is not the best.
