Best Buy lost a customer

I tried to return it and you didn't have it. Store would only give me a store credit and not my money. I talked to a manager and she said it was company policy. I try to support retailers in my city, but I won't go back to that store.

When I tried returning, they wouldn’t take it back because it was more than 14 days. 14 days?!?!? Really? There is no reason for me to ever have to shop at Best Buy ever again.

Not comparable to the original dock

It had intermittent sound issues and would constantly disconnect from the TV. My original Switch dock does not have that issue, only this one.

Gave it 5 stars because of value, quality, and ease of use.

Image freezes too often

Great Next Hub!
