    I was told by an employee that I needed to purchase this to go the Nintendo Switch but come to find out I didn’t needed it. When I tried returning, they wouldn’t take it back because it was more than 14 days. 14 days?!?!? Really? There is no reason for me to ever have to shop at Best Buy ever again.

    I returned this product the same day I purchased. It had intermittent sound issues and would constantly disconnect from the TV. My original Switch dock does not have that issue, only this one.

    Keeps cutting off when playing games, original dock connect was messed up by my kids so i looked online and found this was available in store but hasn't lived up to its standards. Gave it 5 stars because of value, quality, and ease of use.

    Playing minecraft and smash brothers, the image on the tv kept freezing. Works fine when playing on the console without the dock.

    Great, value based hub. We bought this for travel but also use it for secondary TV's in our house. Will probably buy another one to keep it permanently in our porch. Love this product from Next.
