Power adaptor failed on second power up.

The car power adaptor for the Piqo 2 worked one time and failed (will not work in either vehicle power port). The camera will power up on an A/C USB-C adaptor. Camera looks good in quality and picture is good from what I can determine indoors. Unfortunately, my other camera, the 320XR, will not display the rear camera. Completed all troubleshooting steps with no luck. Will be returning both.

For the Piqo, it’s concerning that the car power adaptor isn’t working as expected. We recommend trying a different car power port or using a different USB-C cable to see if that resolves the issue. I can easily access recordings. The inly issue I had was the repeated voice request it insert an SD card. I just turn off and it stopped.
