Regarding the video deletion issue, this is not how the camera should be working—no video should be deleted unless manually deleted. We recommend protecting any video you want to keep from being deleted from the SD card. However, as long as the camera has had time to upload the footage to the cloud, it should be available in the library section. Please make sure the SD card you're using is compatible and that the firmware is updated. If the issue persists, please contact our support team at [email protected].

I am sorry you’ve had this experience. A few connectivity issues have been detected with some Rear Cameras, but they will be fixed with the next update.
The Smart Sense Parking feature will record any event with an impact, whether there is someone in the car or not. The event will be automatically uploaded to the cloud, so it can be available for download afterwards.
