So this thing zooms to focus out the back window clearly. Cool touch is that the lens is adjustable within the module housing. Allows the ability to aim the front facing cam where you want then point the lens of the rear facing cam module accordingly. Picture quality is great.

I like the telephoto camera (for rearward looking view) better than the wide-angle camera to watch the occupants. The only issue I have is that you cannot adjust the vertical angle since is is a hard mount to the forward looking camera.

The Camera has good quality even at night, and it certainly gets the job done. However, when you see yourself in the camera it can be a touch humbling.

This rear-facing camera is plug and play and had a great picture.

Setup very quickly, very good price, picture quality good.

Good quality video, but some irksome things: it sometimes interferes with the software in the main camera, leading the main camera to freak out and stop recording and sometimes also start beeping, requiring a power cycle before calming down and resuming normal functioning. Also wish I could toggle between telephoto (to see through the rear window) and wide-angle (to capture vehicle interior). Unfortunately you have to pick one or the other, can't even buy both since there's only one HDMI slot in the 522 I have it plugged into.

The Nextbase dashcam has great clarity and sound. It has caught all the driving crimes in front of me. There are more and more detected every time I'm out driving.

First one I bought didn't work but Best Buy immediately ordered a new one and had it sent to my house. It works perfectly. Just what I needed to enhance my vehicle's protection.

If you have a next base camera get this add on. It has a lense with a little adjustment. Very good for focusing out the rear window.

I thought I was buying the wider lens one. This has a great telephoto lens and it was a pretty good picture. When I turned the camera on it was right at my face. I may do much better in a larger vehicle.

An excellent and High Definition rear camera that works with the Nextbase dashcam. A swivel for the camera where it plugs into the Dashcam would make it easier to position.

Not the best way to get a rear view since it looks through the car from the windshield, but so easy to use. Just plug it into the main camera and you're done.

All I had to do was plug it in and it was ready to go, so took five seconds to get it up and running.

Once the camera is setup all you have to do is plug it into the USB port and its all set. Captures whatever is behind you. Not all dash cams have this feature for rear viewing but well worth having.

Great addition to my 522 dash cam. Using it in Jeep Grand Cherokee and picks up what’s going on behind me.

This is an excellent addition to the dash camera as easily can be add or remove from the dash camera, good video quality

This little add-on unit plugs into the side of the dash cam for seeing the rear of the vehicle, as well as the front. If you're serious about seeing everything around you, then this unit is a must, you really shouldn't have one without the other.

Bought this also for my daughter. It works great. I have this in my car.

Just plugs into the side of the camera. Everything else is automatic. If it is plugged in, it works. Can't figure why a person wouldn't get it.
