Not much of an upgrade from last years game but it is still very fun to play. I hope next year holds more upgrades

It had been a few years since I got a hockey and I forgot how fun (and challenging) they can be. I liked that you could simplify the controls and the options and online are great. Still not sure I need to get this every year, but great game, and I got it at a great price!

I love this game! The new features are awesome. I’m loving having more control of my players.

The games get better each year, but nothing over the top. Fun to play with the kids if they are sports fans.

Kids love this game, they play it all the time when I give them thier Xbox privileges . It's nice to have them playing a sporting game and the feel and look of the game is like being in a hockey arena with the great graphics it has.

Got this for my grandson for his new Xbox1X he got for Christmas. He had an old XBox360 and most of those games were either incompatible or difficult to use on the new system. He loves it and as a bonus, we found it on sale for 50% off! Great deal! Thanks BestBuy.

This game is good for someone just learning . All the way to the advanced player . With easy joystick operation settings . All the way to some very skilled joystick moves . You can play at whatever level you are . Or challenge yourself a level up .

EA continues to improve year by year with their nhl series. Yes the base of the game is the same year after year, but they focus on improving a certain aspect each year and mastering whatever they started the year before, this makes for an ever improving game. In addition to threes mode which will keep you and friends busy for a bit.

My son loves this game got it for his birthday present and said it's great.

Great game for hockey lovers! Make your own guy and create your own team

Nhl still has pretty much everything from last year with an added new stick check and 3 on 3 mode. I find it more difficult to pick the puck up and maintain control. Still remains very fun with friends. Connecting to others in a lobby seems to take longer this year when finding a full 6 on 6 game. Overall, a pretty standard affair.

NHL is NHL, visuals are top notch! Online Ranked is the best feature!

I bought this as a gift for my elementary aged kids and they love it!

I have been buying NHL games for a while now. This is a bit of an improvement with the addition of Threes Mode, but other than that it feels the same. Nothing totally amazing. For what I ended up paying, definitely worth it. But the series is getting stale.
