The new game play is amazing and way more realistic. My only regret is that they didn’t have it for ps5. But I buy this game every year so next year should be insane!

So glad the automatic wrister across the middle was nerfed. It helps to know hockey a little more in this one so you can set up real plays and grind in the offensive zone if playing against real people.

NHL 21 is great! Good graphics and it’s still a very entertaining game. As normal with most sports games not a big difference from nhl 20 though.

Worth it just for the nostalgia of playing NHL '94 style with updated rosters/jerseys. The main game hasn't changed much over the last few years though.

I just updated from NHL18, and the new features are nice. But I don't like the new announcers. I was disappointed the NHL95 inclusion was only part of some pre-order and not part of base game.

Nice and smooth gameplay. I usually don’t buy the game each year as it seems the updates and additions to the gameplay aren’t worth it. I have enjoyed the nice new touches this year.

Great game, I wish they would put as much attention to detail into NHL games as they do the NFL games though.

Pretty solid update. Not a big fan of the announcer changes. Not sure when that happened. Overall good game for a new NHL. Nothing groundbreaking. Be a pro is fun with the interviews.

There doesn't seem to be much a increase in quality of play compared to NHL 20. In fact, I believe the announcers in 20 were much more exciting and vocal. Still a great game to play!

This is by far the best NHL game. Realistic graphics and play. Have bought this game every year and it does, can’t get any better than this!

I truly enjoy playing this game, it brought back fond memories of its original launch on the Sega Genesis system.

Great upgrade to NHL20. Be a Pro mode is a huge improvement. However. With Nexgen consoles on the horizon, If you haven't bought this yet, I'd hold out to the next one.

Anther solid EA game. NHL hockey has been my favorite for years and '21 didn't disappoint either.

My favorite sports game of all time. Not much has changed but it’s beautiful on the new PS5 (if you can find one thanks to scalpers)

As always a great game, graphics are awesome. Takes a awhile to get used to the new ps5 controller, but over all a great game.

As always, this game consistantly delivers great action and excitement, bar none! If you are a "luke warm" Hockey fan, this game will change your view, and capture your heart! If you have not tried it because you never actually played the game, then don't hesitate! I play with a buddy every week.. we get together to play just "sport genre" games...neither of us played Hockey as a kid, but this has quickly become one of our favorite matchups! Talk about "trash talking!"...It does not get any better than this!!!

Great game, very challenging and fun to play solo or with family and friends.

Nice and fun game. Although I'm not really into hockey but you get to hit people against the boards and instigate fights.
