Excellent game, EA does it again!!!! Smooth gameplay and competent AI!!

Buy this game each year and the improvements aren't drastic but the game is still great overall. Gameplay is as smooth as ever and they're doing a better job of cleaning up those glitchy goals this year. Only complaint would be the lack of innovation when it comes to GM/dynasty mode. Still feels like they could add so much more if they actually wanted to.

One of the better nhl games considering most sports games are the same. This has classic teams and tons of nhl alumni. You can incorporate the nhl alumni players throughout your franchise mode along with the classic teams too.

Bought for my 9 year old for Christmas. Replaces NHL 18. I’ve played other much earlier versions. This version seems smoother as far as skating... more realistic. Also like how there seems to be more AI with deflections and picking up loose pucks. Very easy to play.

Its a awesome game! Havent got NHL2k since 2019 but coulnt pass on $30 when it went on sale in DEC... great game and graphics are amazing!!! Wish they had the Team play like the online versus but overall good game! Mainly use for online versus!

My son is so excited to play this game. I did curbside pick up and will continue to do curb site pick up so I don't have to enter the store - so convenient!! I am so glad I did it this way. We are a hockey family and love them playing hockey

The franchise is on the right path with its newest updates to game play and menu systems. The NHL 94 mode is a fun little treat along with the HUT Rush system. The new Be a Pro update is entertaining but can make simming weeks in advance a hassle as you get hit with challenges. The challenges only make or break you if you're just starting out.

My son is a huge EA Sports NHL fan and had to have the newest edition. He said it is far better than previous versions. He loves the customizations he can make. The graphics and gameplay are excellent. He's very happy.

Fantastic game with great depth. It just feels right and fun. Some online people are difficult but there are an abundance of players. It’s overall well worth the money.

I enjoy nhl from time to time but am a casual player. A lot of these games to me are just roster updates year to year because I am an occasional player and don’t use some of the game advancements.

I generally buy the NHL game every 5 years for the updated rosters and graphics and this game has not disappointed. I have been playing through the career mode and enjoyed what it had to offer.

Fun gzme. FRANCHISE AND be a oro is new. Both are more detailed. But like all gsmes there are room for improvements. Hut is better no contracts. Makes the gsme a lot better too.

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas, when we opened it it did not work and had a large crack thru it but returned to Best Buy without a problem and grandson love it. Thank you

This game is the best. It is a must have for every gaming library. The graphics are so realistic, I almost feel like I am there at a hockey game checking and blocking and skating.

Great graphics! I’ve been buying the nhl series for longer than I can remember. This version is just as good as all the rest, but adds enough new features to be worth upgrading!
