    Love this game. They had better player augmentation in '25, but this works. Best Buy got it in quickly.

    Why do we keep buying EA NHL releases? Even at 50% off retail, the value is not there. Minimal (if any) substantive new features. Menu system is consistently SLOWER than NHL 25 (try navigating through the various "Sets" and watch the EA logo spin on just about every screen draw). Useless UI navigation that seems to be engineered to waste your time, and Auction system that's obviously subject to PC-based sniping, laggy game performance (even on 2GB fiber). Thanks but no thanks, EA. Maybe the new Saudi overlords will clean house.
