The game is beautiful especially if you own a ps4 pro. The art style is one of my favorites and the story is also good. Would recommend if you’re into rpg’s

One of the greatest, traditional JRPG I've played since Eternal Sonata on the 360. Likable characters, fun story and the kingdom building is so much .

It is a little different form the first one but I like the action RPG style a little more. The story is great. My only complaint is that it is a little to easy.

I was very happy with this game. If you've played the first game, then you will like the story and gameplay but not be as wowed as the first.

Never played the first game but didnt need to because this is a great story on its own taking place 200 years after. Gorgeous visuals and rich characters.

If you enjoyed the first game you'll enjoy this one. Overall it plays well, my only issue is the difficulty is on the easier side so it loses some of the thrill.

The game has a nice story, nice characters but the combat is uninspiring and the lack of enough voice acting is infuriating. It’s way too much story through text where it’s only the very cutscenes where you don’t have to constantly click to read the next conversation. I would have liked to finish the game but I will watch the ending on YouTube. I played 10 hours and already have a idea who the final boss will be. I got to the part wher you build your kingdom.

loved the first one.. this was took some time to get used to. action based jrpg. a little bit on the easier side but the story is as good as ever

Fun game if you're into JRPG's. Battle system is completely different than the first. Much improved! Only downside is the game is a little too easy

The graphics are beautiful, the combat is a lot of fun, and the Kingdom building is downright addictive, best JRPG of the year so far.

Wonderful return to the magical world of Ni No Kuni. Some changes made, mostly for the better. Excellent addition to the PS4 library.

I liked the first game a bit better, but that was more my preference for more strategic, turn based combat systems. The difficulty wasn't there initially but the 1.3 patch added in new difficulty settings for those wanting a challenge. A free content pack just dropped alongside the latest patch on 8/10 which adds some new areas, gear and bosses to extend the gameplay. The kingdom building aspects may get a bit tedious for some people in the middle to late game since some tasks get a bit repetitive.

Sometimes a sequal isn't as good as the original. This time it exceeds the first game' with a great story and good mechanics.
