Beautiful art style and Pokemon style combat......

Bought this game for my daughter, who loves anime and studio Ghibli. It does not disappoint, amazing cut scenes and gameplay that looks very engaging. She absolutely loves it, and I have to say I enjoy watching her play as well. I am an old-school gamer dating back to the pong days, and still play PS 2/3/4, retro gaming, etc. Very highly recommended!

While Ni No Kuni is a fantastic game nonetheless, please note that the Switch version IS NOT remastered. The Switch version is just a port from the original PS3 version of the game, but it includes all DLC. Definitely recommend if you like Studio Ghibli.

I've seen this in stores before and didn't pay much attention to it. I bought it to give a chance and found that I really enjoyed playing this game. It has a good story along with easy control of characters both in and out of fighting.

Gotta have this PS3 classic physically in your Switch collection, it’s a no-brainer. And it looks even better than the PS3 version, but right in the palms of your hands. Ghibli anime cutscenes will even impress your gaming-dubious gf/bf.

It’s a really fun game with puzzles and fighting too. You get to collect little creatures that help you battle in the game. The graphics are great, and vibrant. I would recommend this game to people that like anime games as well as people that like films by Studio Gibli.

I been looking forward to it when hearing they was going to rerelease it on the switch. I never actually got to finish it on ps3 but I had a blast play it. Now I can go anywhere and play on the go. I going to spend hours reliving studio ghibli awesome story telling and visual on my birthday.

This was my first venture into the Ni no Kuni games and I really enjoyed it! I'm planning on getting #2 now. The gameplay is a little meh to be honest, but it's all about the story. It's like watching a movie and being a part of it. Amazing game, I highly recommend.

If you like anime and japanese styled RPGs then this game will be perfect for those fans. The soundtrack is amazing and the story is unique, with an amazing cast of characters boasting tons of personality. It really is something to be experienced and has fantastic storytelling.

No no Kuni features wonderful character designs and beautiful graphics, which is now running on Nintendo switch without much flaws. It also includes the option of switching to Japanese audio which can provide (in my opinion) a more immersive experience on this Japanese RPG.
