Love the strategy of switching between the main character and familiars and the Studio Ghibli art style. Be advised, this game can crash - only happened to me once, losing about 15 minutes of progress. Just be sure to save frequently and you'll be fine.

I know this is a direct PS3 port to the switch but that doesnt matter. This game still look sgreat and even better in handheld mode. I can now play this on the go and enjoy the amazing story from the amazing Studio Ghibli! Must buy if you are into JRPGs!

Love that it is a handheld version of one of the best JRPG's originally from the PS3 Era. Its works perfectly during handheld mode but you can see some slight flaws when docked. PS4 Remaster would be best for home console play but overall love this version.

I picked this up because I was looking for something to catch my attention like Breath of the Wild did. Though it isn't the same level of open world, there is plenty to do and quite a thorough and well written story. I would definitely recommend checking this game out.

Great game! Love how when there are cut scenes it turns into a little anime show. The graphics in the game look amazing. Would definitely recommend this game. If you are thinking of buying it then I highly suggest it!!

game is fantastic. The art style is adorable. Looks exactly like a studio ghibli movie. Just wish they would have stuck with animation for everything. Its a little weird to see some scenes animated and others cgi.

It is clear from the moment one starts "Ni no Kuni" that the creators poured their hearts into each detail. The cel-shaded art style, the clever puns, and the delightful localization make this carefully-crafted JRPG a joy to behold!

i bought this game because it was on sale and for the graphismes. I wasn’t expecting how invested in this game i would end up being ! It feels like an amazing adventure and i definitely would recommend it for quarantine !

After playing through the original on PlayStation 3 years ago and then recently finishing the second one on PS4, it was great to go back and play the original again on the go! Everything runs and looks seemless on this port!

Ni ni Kuni Wrath of the White Witch is an amazing RPG. The Art of Studio Ghibli and amazing gameplay makes this a must get. I would recommend this to fans of RPGs and Studio Ghibli fans.

I had been wanting to play this for years, but now that it is on the Switch I felt it was finally time to pick it up. The amazing thing about this game is the quality of the animation and classic JRPG gameplay and challenge.

Absolutely love this game. I actually played Ni No Kuni II before this, and the gameplay between the two is completely different. So it was hard to get used to the combat, but once I got the hang of it, I loved it.

Hey this is one of a few Black Friday purchases that I made, so be mindful I haven't completed the game yet. It is isn't exactly a Pokemon clone; it has a more active battle system and you don't directly fight using your monsters. It looks really good despite being a remaster, and it is great being able to play this game on the go. It definitely suits the play style. I hope you like it!

Art from Studio Ghibli makes it feel like playing an anime. Story is perhaps a bit juvenile, but sweet and sincere. Collect monsters to do the fighting. Magic, light crafting, overworld and dungeon fighting.

Overall the quality of this port is very good, which is always a relief. If you are after a JRPG with a strong cast of characters and excellent narrative, Ni No Kuni should definitely be one to consider.

If you have never played the first Ni No Kuni, this is HD remake is the best way to jump in. Smooth gameplay, and excellent graphics while docked and on the go!

This game is definitely in my top 5 releases of 2021. It’s a bit different from the first but that’s ok. If you lived the first entry you will love this one!

I will admit the fact that this is on Switch is surprising to say the least but fact is you are now not tied to one console but can go portable and play anyway and anytime. This has to be played to be experienced.

This game visually is amazing. The story is really sad at the beginning, but picks up afterward. The gameplay is something that takes a lot of getting used to. You can capture creatures like pokemon and battle but the battle system is different. This version is a straight port of the PS3 classic. If you want improved visuals look for the other versions.

I bought this originally for PS3 but to play this again on the go was too good to pass up. Plus this Switch version has some extras from the original. Great JRPG and great game in general.
