Breaks hair

I wished I could love it but the design is flawless. There is a gap where the body and brushes conects so my hair gets stuck and breaks it.
The problem is with the brushes only. Because you are doing more movement. I am drying my hair by sections and at some point get stuck.
The curling part is amazing it works great, I love it but I needed the drying brushes more. It dries fast and leaves my hair soft and shiny but in a few months I won’t have hair at this rate.
The product was delivered on time and in great condition it is just the design that is not working.
