Great! I almost lost hope but within a week later I got a email for the redeem code for the pre order bonus! Best Buy did what they could told me to return and call it a defective item but its not Same reply from the developer! Game plays great fluid and smooth. Story is great! A must Play!!

Honestly, I was going into this purchase thinking it was going to be just your standard remaster. But boy was in wrong. They completely revamped the graphics, music, mechanics, and added extra scenes and other goodies. This remaster is more remake, and it’s in all the right ways.

What's not to like? Music/audio is awesome, character/storyline is engaging. A so-called remake or not is irrelevant, if you have never played or owned this game it is well worth your time.

One of the best story games I have ever played on the PS4 and a great addition to Nier Automata. Graphics style looks great and the music score is simply fantastic. Highly recommend getting this game and also play Nier Automata if you get a chance.

I'm not going to review bomb this, but like others have stated, i have not ydt received my pre order bonus. this has happened w nearly every game i have bought from best buy, so while this is a great game and i highly recommend it to any fan of nier automata or action/jrpgs in general, i would say u should buy it from somewhere else...

Solid choice for RPG lovers. Music and world design are both beautiful, the story is mysterious and original, and keeps you wondering what will happen next, and the battle system is super fluid and exciting.

A great remaster of a PS3/360 game. Very fun and addictive combat with an intricate story. The multiple endings provide additional replayability as well.

Excellent game. Gameplay is like that of Nier Automata. Intriguing story. If you never played the original PS3 version or liked Nier Automata or just want the remade version, it is for you.

I never got the chance to play the original Nier when it came out on the PS3. Nier Automata was my introduction to the series and it made me really want to play the original game. By all accounts, this version is an enhanced version of the original with nicer graphics, consistently solid performance, and an improved combat system. I'm currently around 25% of the way through the story, but rest assured it has remained engaging for over 8 hours so far and I can't wait to see how the story unfolds.

4 stars because the game is very grindy and you can definitely feel the age of the game in the quests, but the story, characters, and especially the music were great. If you liked Nier Automata and want to get more story from the same universe, definitely recommend this game.

Very fun game to play for hours at a time. The game has a good story and plenty of challenges. Controls are easy learn and the updated graphics from the original make this a very remake.

This PlayStation 4 Nier Replicant game is very good. I purchased both PlayStation 4 Nier Replicant games and love them both. I would recommend both of these games.

Overall I enjoyed playing it. Love the music and the combat and character designs . But the side quests are kind of repetitive. Would be better if the developers deepened interactions between the characters a bit more. Like it better than Automata personally.

Its an awesome game with simple but flashy combat and a typical Yoko Taro story and characters. It definitely still shows that it was a ps3 game originally, but that doesn't take away from it too much. Nier Automata is better but this version is close

If you loved Nier Automata. You are going to love Nier Replicant. Amazing soundtrack like Automata. Ganeplay. Characters. Kaine curses a lot.

Every Nier and Drakengard game that Yoko Taro was involved making makes you feel sad and happy. Every Boss and enemy you fight, every location, npc and main character has lore and good characteristics. Nothing is flat, boring or lazely made. This remastered isn't just that, it's a mix of remaster, remake and definitive put all into one. Basically this game is fire for Nier fans.

Beautiful graphics, love this stories in this sorrowful world and am glad to see it remade in such beautiful, vivid detail!
